弯钢玻璃是将玻璃通过预处理加工（切磨成所需尺寸）再加热到软化温度，然后靠自重或外界作用力将其弯曲成型并经自然冷却后制成所需的弧形玻璃。

Hot bending / bending steel glass is heated to the softening temperature by pre processing (cut into the required size) and then bending by self weight or external force to make the required arc glass after natural cooling.

热弯玻璃可在施工现场裁切、开孔操作；钢化后的玻璃不能再进行切割和加工，所以弯钢玻璃无二次加工可能，只能在加工前就切割成需求的外形进行钢化。
热弯模具的种类主要分为三种：实心模、条框模、空心模，其在热弯玻璃成型过程中起着至关重要的作用，在实际生产过程中，可以根据不同的产品类型，选择不同的热弯模具。

热弯玻璃，是由平板玻璃加热软化在模具中成型，再经退火制成的曲面玻璃。
